The Increase of Competitiveness and Employability of Engineering Graduates by Improving their Entrepreneurial Skills

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and employability of engineering graduates by improving their entrepreneurial skills. Based on the analyses of current requirements of the manufacturing companies and trends of their development we define professional qualification requirements for the technical faculty's graduates. The analysis of all aspects of benchmarking goals taking place in national and international technical universities will lead to innovation of existing teaching units. They will be based on principals of knowledge-based economy aimed at the permanently sustainable economic growth based on the knowledge, information and innovation. The added value of the project is the quality increase of provided education in the European higher education environment. Moreover, the university, specifically the faculty, can be seen as a modern institution with the European influence.
